Interesting. I use SSD for my OS drives, and spinning HD for data/storage, but this seems the manufacturer is throwing in the towel, acknowledging that SSD is the way to go for your main drive.

^ Not much difference for bulk storage, though lower RPM tends to reduce noise, heat, power, and allow higher platter density for lower cost:GB
