^ Going into the intricate details of explaining that item by item would be more text than I care to read.

^ Does it matter where they get it? Should they deliberately decide not to share a deal if some other person discovered it first? Wouldn't every deal site then have only one or two deals?

I buy items featured on Ben's all the time. They didn't have any deals on my last online purchase which was window screen, air compressor hose, and hose clamps, but I didn't really expect them to.

Maybe that's an idea for the site, a topic where people randomly list what they buy online that wasn't on Ben's so there's a better idea of what areas are lacking, but there is a forum topic where people can post deals on things which could be used towards the same end.

I dont care if its from a feed or user submitted or from Bens staff. As long as its a good deal and saves me the time to visit 3 or 4 individual deal websites.

We dont pay to use the site so why complain? Is there a better site than this? If yes please list the URL for the benefit of all

More like there is nothing for sale that is 75% off of what you would normally pay.

Ben's Bargains hasn't posted any substantial original bargain finds for a long time. They seem to be content simply being shills by posting bogus sales from big box retailers and their ever so popular Up to 75% sale lie. You can find these sales on most all so called bargain sits.

Where are the actual bargains that the staff at Ben's Bargain have found on their own rather than getting it from a feed?

Hmmm...I say...I'f ya don't like it...leave. Ben has always been a daily visit for me. I don't always find what I want...but I do at times. And the reviews from other members is invaluable as well. If I didn't like to be here....well...I wouldn't be...that simple. I personally like the offers here. Keep up the good work Ben!

+1 for people to quit complaining. so many whiners out there. It's a free service, and every month I might find a sweet price, so I come back. They get my eyes for ads or whatever and I save money. win-win. who cares?

It's true that 99% of the so called "deals" here are far from...
My only complain though is that i want REAL desktop/laptop deals and not the usual ****.
I visit here much less since ben sold the business.

You don't pay, but the retailer you buy from does and that expense is passed to you, along with all customers, in the cost of what you buy from the retailer.

Not really relevant as you'd pay the same price whether you saw a deal here or found it yourself while roaming around merchant websites, and affiliates for online sales can reduce advertising expenses for the merchant, and reach customers they wouldn't otherwise.

I block half the internet (ads), and only subscribe to a small # of online store email lists, so most of the merchants I buy from would never have a way to get their sales to me in a timely fashion.

The original complaint was never addressed. What are the best items that are 75% off in this 'sale'? Any why not just list them directly?

Walmart
is like skid row but without the warmth and hospitality. I get deals that are fine here, not every deal is for everyone.
