If you're using Adblock Plus, open its blockable items list when it happens and disable the filter rule with adfarm.mediaplex.com in it, or just disable Adblock Plus on Ben's.
Purchased one, now my shipment is MIA, Dell customer service was helpful, and stated that if there wasn't any results found regarding this incident that another TV would be sent. Has anyone had issues with Dell shipping, for this particular item it was contracted through Pilot.
^ Ask for the ship tracker info then you can see if it was handed off to the shipper, and see if the shipper reports delivery (and signature I presume?), though inquiries through the shipper for replacement purposes generally have to be made by the shipping party meaning the one who actually arranged/paid the shipper - Dell.
These things happen, large TVs that say what they are on the outside of the box sometimes magically disappear once in the shipper's hands. Shippers often say it was dropped off at the wrong place like a dock with a large delivery order then when they go there to find it, no TV to be found.
Thanks @dave_c its in Dell's hands the tracking info is not showing the the shipping company's records at all. So this is an issue between Dell and them. Someone got a free TV in my opinion! So I guess I will have to wait it out. This is my first experience buying a TV offline, so we will see how this goes.
I have this TV. VERY VERY good .
Only downside is that you have to change your picture
profile (presets) to turn of the fancy enhancements
during very fast streaky motions.
