Beware of anything described as 'heavy duty'. They are usually far from it.

I had a couple of pumps fry out over the last 6 months. Both were plastic, one made by Slime, the other by harbor freight. I borrowed this model from a friend, and it definitely felt much better built, and just bought one. Thanks OP!
