If only it were available where I live. Then again, over the years, their high speed service has been eclipsed by the competition.

You don't get a lot of channels at this price. To get the chans I really watch, I gave back the phone and my right to cancel.

WHEN you ADD the this fees and the that fees and the other fees it is about $20 more.

Verizon is always screwing people.

The vast majority of the fees you refer to are taxes. If you want to reduce these as much as possible. don't get phone as it has the greatest number of taxes on it.

I'd trust Verizon FiOS long before I trust Google.

I had Comcast for 19 years. Web, 1996. 3 months ago, FiOS. Faster, great TV (Ex - Weather gone), clean 99.9% movies and TV, great phone. Comcast, Web is ok, but slow, TV/Movies - cut, box on screen, dead, box reset, .... 85%. Comcast TV have a problem at 1-2 mins. No Phone. I like FiOS.

I pay more than this JUST for FIOS after 15yrs of being a customer. This is only for new customers and loyalty does not count!

I am with Verizon and its reps told me to go with Comcast if I am unhappy. I will do just that. People told me we should change the provider every two or three years to get better offer. Make sense to me.

They all have fees, RSN, and cable box rental charges. Cox/Comcast/etc.

I cut the cord with Dish and have local channels only with a 30.00 antenna. It was hard at first and now I hardly watch it.

Some red-eyed Verizon stoner came by the house and tried to get me to get FIOS. I would never give up POTS 'cuz when the power goes out I'd have nada; even the cell towers were out last time.
