This device is very inconsistent. Sometimes a wave of my hand will activate it. Sometimes an elephant could walk through the room and it won't trigger.
I called the 866 number in the package. I end up at the Utilitrch/Lowes help line. They couldn't find it. They transfered me to Lowes directly. Lowes can't find it in their system. They transfered me to Utilitech which was the same place I was. They transfered me back to Lowes. I am on hold with Lowes right now.
