Actually they were great for only a few things. If I had issue with any rebate I'd make them give me a free shipping label and return it.
They were good at ultra cases and raidmax. They had two deals for ultra white defender with 2x led fans for $11 ea after rebate, I could only buy 6, I wish I couldve gotten more but only 3 per household lol.
But yeah everything except cases and power supplies.. They were quite sucky
^ Power supplies? Raidmax and Ultra PSU are junk. Back in the day, maybe 10 years ago they used to run promos for the Ultra PSU making them free after rebate or nearly so.
There was a big fiasco about certain parties having special interests in promoting the brand, and it was a mixed bag since it's hard to argue with FREE, but ultimately PSU reviews became more mainstream and thorough to the point that now if the same units were reviewed under a generic name they'd be rated very poorly, something to avoid even if free.
Yeah Dave me on other hand I've had good experience with the black Ultra Power supplies. I stayed away from the cheaper non painted and non sleeved power supplies.
I ordered a bunch of stuff from them a couple days ago. -just got an email saying there were out of stock on everything I bought, and the order was cancelled. That company was always a joke.

Me too, multiple items on 2 separate orders and everything cancelled.
They charged me on Jan 15th and 17th, issued cancellation notices today, but have not yet issued a refund. I feel like the notice and refund should have happened near simultaneously.
I hope those !@#$ aren't thinking they can bill people then close shop before issuing refunds.
^ They never did cancel the order on despite the cancellation email(s), so with the items due to be delivered today *on 's system* I'll trudge through that, let eBay know... what they probably already do know.
It's a little annoying that on an order with several items, I have to do each item separately instead of one report per order.
They cancelled all 4 of my orders, gave me one refund for 1 order through paypal. Than I check and its showing 3 of the orders are delivered. Only thing i think was delivered was my money to there bank account.
^ They gave me a paypal refund after I notified that one item/order wasn't delivered, but seconds later I'd notified eBay that another multi-item order, item-by-item, wasn't delivered and those items have disappeared from my eBay purchase history, but no credit to paypal yet... still showing as disputed/whatever in my notifications though, not delivered and past the prior estimated delivery date.

I've bought maybe 15x 550ws 10x 650w 8x750w etc...
Not one has failed. I even have a current one running a FX 9590 290X which should kill it lol.

Let me know if you have to contact Paypal for a refund. I have not seen a refund for any of my cancelled orders.
