Great stuff, lasts forever. People cheat on their cookware and pay later. They also cheat on knife quality, as I've seen at hundreds of estate sales. These are your kitchen tools. Don't cheat.

I don't know, a scratch or dent on the cooking surface can be a big deal for a serious cook. That's not me, of course.
