"Shipping is free on most orders." Could you explain the "most" criteria? I attempted to buy two cameras for $120 + tax but it charged me shipping so I cancelled the order.

In fact everything I try to buy has only paid shipping options. I've tried multiple types of items. Is there even a way to get free shipping on this site? I checked their FAQ and shipping section and no mention of criteria for free shipping or even acknowledging that there is such a thing.
