You're correct about the Best Buy trade-in....I gave it a try and they offered me zero for my tablet, which was in like-new condition.

too bad they don't want my Dell Latitude C610 (P3 1 GHz, 1 GB, 40GB HDD, DVD-RW). I would have liked to trade it in for $200 and get a new XPS 13 ;)
