I've used one of these for several months. Battery lasts between one to five days depending on use. Apps are fixed (you get what you get) and IMO are generally sub-par but the phone function and text notifications make this easily worth the money. I like being able to make and take calls through the watch versus digging phone out of my pocket. Built-in microphone is surprisingly good and I now use the watch for calls more than by BT earpiece when driving. Remote control with remote view of my Samsung Galaxy's front and rear cameras adds a little "wow" factor when showing the watch to friends but otherwise has not been a useful feature for me.
I wrote up a detailed review of this watch a couple of months ago. Since we can't post URLs in comments, do a Google search for "atxgeek watch" and browse to the "$35 generic" article (it should be one of the first three search results).

I can see this alone as a time saver.
I get six calls a day...so 0.5 seconds to take out phone from pocket...0.5 seconds to put back in pocket...
so...
I cant do the math but it would save a lot of time per day - I just know it

Baby chickens don't understand smart watches.
Try corn meal.

You need to buy an Apple watch.
Thank you!
