Excellent price for a 8 downstream and 4 upstream channel router. It will take advantage of Comcast's 100+ mbs plans they have been advertising with their promotional packages. Not many people have the need for frequent downloads of large files but an 8 channel or more modem would benefit these people. 4K streaming uses around 16 Mbps.
