Took a while to find out what a "Swiss Automatic Movement" was. This is a self winding watch circa the 1940's. If you are active it will keep itself wound as long as you wear it. Note that accuracy is not good, so if you care about that, get an atomic or quartz watch with a battery or with solar power.

Automatic watches are less about accuracy than they are about the rich tradition of watch-making and the "love" of fine timepieces. Some are true works of art. I own a number of autos and a couple of manual winds as well (containing "Unitas" pocket watch movements), and they're among my favorites. There's something about being able to hold a watch up to your ear and actually hear it ticking that I find captivating. An acquired taste, I suppose.
Seiko makes a "kinetic" movement as well. Your arm's movement actually charges a small battery inside the watch's movement and then the watch's movement runs off that battery. Solar movements work basically the same way with light charging a small battery.
My BFK Seiko SKA371 has a kinetic movement and it's accurate enough for me!
