They look high quality, could end up lasting twice as long as $60 boots and if you "must" wear safety toe boots due to company policy rather than an inherent danger of your toes being smashed, you'll probably prefer having the less restrictive toe cap that these have. Then again, the tread looks good for outdoor work but suboptimal for the hard floor on a factory assembly line.
