The Hubsan H107C (the 2nd Gen with 2MP HD camera, not 1st Gen with .3MP SD camera) is a far better deal at around $65 shipped from . Parts are cheap, the battery is easily removable and cheap (you can keep multiples charged and ready), flight times are around 8 minutes per charge. Neither Ben's Hot Deal Drone nor the H107C transmits video back to the controller (they only record to an oboard SD card). Ben's Hot Deal drone includes a 2MB SD card but the H107C doesn't (you have to provide your own):
