this is 4GB/$ or $250/TB. Not really lower than prices we've seen.

^ You can't equate cost per TB, especially on the smaller capacity units because it ignores manufacturing, delivery, controller/casing/cache hardware. Plus I never claimed the cost per GB was better than larger SSD, only that they're dropping in price still.
