I'm all in on Smartthings. This is a great price. It does require other switches , lights, or devices but works very well and is easy to setup. Also now works with Google home which makes it even better
I have this and the community development is what sold me on it. There are several great developers that write smartapps to extend the functionality of devices like Door Locks. Some you have to pay for, but it is nominal. Would highly recommend at this price.
