If I didn't have a 15-year-old Black & Decker bench grinder that's still going strong, I'd buy one of these in a heartbeat. IMO, Ryobi makes above-average tools and if you just sharpen your lawnmower blades with it, it will've paid for itself in one mowing season.

I'm not sure Ryobi made this it looks exactly like others I've seen and is identical to my Wen. Bet some manufacturer in China is turning them out for everyone. BTW, the guards are stamped metal and bend easily and the spark shield lightweight plastic; although, the shield attachment is different. It uses a metal rod whereas mine is plastic. I paid about $10 more.
