11% one star reviews, same as last time this was featured. Dull, bent, rusted, poor quality. Dave_c doesn't seem to mind that they are dull, but I think it's the least the manufacturer could do.

reviewers think a $9 knife doesn't have to compare well against knives costing multiple times as much. It goes without saying that the lower cost segment of a product type isn't as good.

Sometimes that makes a product simply unsuited for its purpose but the majority of reviewers seem to feel it serves their purposes fine for the money... and Amazon has a pretty good return policy.
