20 mph is very liberal. I've used this scooter, and it was more like 12-15 mph max. 5 mph may not seem like much, but when you're on a scooter it makes a big difference.

Propane Powered is a nice alternative to mixing oil in gas and having the carb gum up from sitting un-used for a couple weeks.
