I have opened two support tickets with PIA Request #337717 on May 12 and another one a few days later, Request #341309 and have not received a response on either.
I received a "Gift Card" code 9189-****-****-**** from StackSocial. I had entered my email on the PIA website per redemption instructions and haven't received any acknowledgement or activation info. As of today, I still have not heard from PIA and Stack Social refused to refund my order, so I just did a Chargeback w/ my credit card company.
Hmmmm...I had no issues with my StackSocial PIA purchase. And I even submitted a request to have my mail server whitelisted (which was taken care of in about 15 minutes).
