Did anyone who purchased this item in the store get the free PlayStation Network $20 Entertainment Code? I was able to get the Cartwheel price reduction but they said there was no $20 Entertainment code available in-store. If you look at the promotion on 's website it doesn't say "Online Only". I then called 's toll free number and talked with Guest Relations. They said the only way to get the $20 Entertainment Code was to order the PS4's online. I told them their their website does not specify the promotion is "Online Only" but they said they could not help me and I would have to return the items to the store and order them online to get the promotion. That of course voids the Cartwheel discount.
@ Quantyoda: Yes I got the $20 code. It's actually a physical card you have to get before paying for the whole whole bundle. The card is NOT in the PS4 box. The I went to didn't give me any problems as they read the promotion coupon. Hope this helps. I'm just happy that I got the whole thing for $350 (tax included).
@ kaorder1: Thanks for your reply. I also never got the free game voucher. I was finally able to talk with someone over the phone at my local and explain the situation and they said they would match the online promotion. If anyone else is having problems, aamine, over at Fat Wallet.com posted his receipts showing the console and the free $20 PSN gift card.
Nice to see ps4 getting to more accessible price points. Too bad I bought mine at full price a year ago... Now I'm just trying to convince my friends to buy them and game with me.
I had to remind the cashier about the $20 card. If you don't ask, you don't get it.
Then it turned out he didn't activate it and I had to go back the next day to get it activated.
Make sure it shows up on your receipt as being activated.
