I suppose if you have an iPhone. Most people have Android phones, though, and apparently this thing's Android support sucks.

I have one (I use CarPlay with my iPhone 6S) and love it. Got it for $325 AFTER rebate a few months ago. This is the best deal I've seen on it yet.

The Alpine one is $900 but yeah wireless carplay would be great. Not sure $600 great but great nonetheless. I can still use bluetooth audio for my audiobooks and podcasts for this unit which is enough for my use case.

I have two appradio 2's..... the screens start to delmaniate after a couple years...... a production flaw I've read still exists in each newer appradio model. I'll never buy a pioneer head unit again.
