I have one of these. I really like it. It took a while for me to get used to the "jack hammer" like feel, but now I'm OK with it. The claim that is gets the plaque out between teeth is just bull. You still have to floss.

I gave up flossing yrs ago.... gave up teeth along with that. so, no, I don't still need to floss....
