As is their wont, Costco doesn't tell you the price after discount. You have to go to the store to find out. Also, remember that you don't need a coupon, the register automatically deducts the discount.
#3 our local Costco now displays the reduction on the items price card but I do agree that it would be useful to have the items price, after discount, in the Coupon Book.
The ad took me to a listing for the item and showed me the price after discount when I clicked on the item in the ad and I wasn't even logged in to costco.

No. They have in-store coupons and online coupons. The online ones usually include shipping so the cost is extra over buying in store. Either way, there is no coupon doubling.
Usually the discounts are displayed in the product price signage. The coupon book just saves you time from having to go down every isle and look for every deal. There can be limits per purchase but you can keep coming back and doing it.
