The gray color is NOT on sale in every size (not 9D or 9.5D which are $99.99 each + shipping), but it is on sale in sizes 10D-14D. The green/orange is on sale and available ONLY in sizes 10D, 10.5D, 11D, and 11.5D. Therefore, this bargain entry submitted by AgentK should state "very limited sizes."

Thanks for the feedback! When the deal was originally posted almost every size was available for $28 but availability has become fairly limited since.
