A lot of issues with Verizon. I had the 4th gen one which had a "tap dancing screen" (or "ghost touch") issue. This one based on the reviews also appears to be cheap hardware.

We've had one for 2 weeks so far on Verizon and no issues -- also zero issues with the G4 Play. Doesn't feel like a $650 phone but it's otherwise a solid performer. Nice to see almost vanilla Nougat on it and absolutely no lag. Definite thumbs-up.
Filled with bloatware. The store sucks down a lot of battery power and CPU. Now you can get a phone where it can't be removed? Proceed with caution.
We opted for the non-ad version and have no complaints. See comment about vanilla ^^^ above.
