I have two of these knives - http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BTJKB00 - and they're awesome. Add a separate 5-dollar fire-starter and you've spent half of this woot.com "deal." This "deal" is no deal at all.

Yes, yes, I understand that...a stainless steel blade couldn't be used as fire-starter. The coated carbon steel blade isn't worth the extra bucks.

just picking man :) i agree with you-- the mora knives are great and it's not worth 45 for the extra fire rod.
