I dunno about the updates, but this has been the price I've always seen for it. No more, no less.

I bought this game for $10 when it was in alpha. The promise was that buying it for $10 reserved my copy early and I wouldn't have to buy it again upon full release at a higher price... MS then re-releases the game over and over again on different platforms and even pretends that Win 10 is different than my PC version that I have owned since the beginning... forget that.
