This looks like a slightly different shaped and black colored version of the same thing available from Trendnet, Kview, D-Link, and others for around $25 to $35 when on sale. Might be exactly the same electronically but for the firmware manufacturer ID indicating it's a Linksys.
Expect a low quality picture that's practically unusable at night, but still good enough to see if there is activity taking place in the somewhat narrow field of view. You won't be able to identify strangers from a distance of more than about 10 feet in good light and lesser distance in less than ideal light.
The main variable that could make this worth more is if they made a more polished monitoring application. Most such apps for low end cams are pretty basic and acceptable for a single cam but may leave you wanting more if you use several cams.

Thank you!
