    25% one and two star reviews. Apparently LG won't replace defective phones, among numerous other problems.

    4 out of 5 stars, about average for this price point.

    The review about the defective phone I saw was that LG had a repair only policy that just means they will not send a new phone on demand if they can repair it instead, but will fulfill the warranty either way.

    You never know with phones though, whether someone dropped it or slobbered all over it or jumped in the pool with it. These days phones usually have one or more stickers inside that turn a color if exposed to water so they know if it got wet.
