Fire extinguishers in one's home are like extra insurance. They're rarely expensive, but very few people think about them. I have two in the kitchen and two in the garage (the most common places for a fire to occur). Kidde makes great products - don't be a goofball trying to fight a kitchen fire with a dishtowel and a box of baking soda, buy a couple of these!!!
I wonder if there's a way to refill these with pepper spray. Then again that's probably $200+ worth of pepper spray but I have the means to make my own.

If I'm spraying one of these at a fire, the lever is staying down till either the fire is out or the extinguisher is empty, whichever comes first.
