I like Kershaw's "made in USA" knives a lot, but with Kershaw 8Cr13MoV steel usually means made in China and in my experience their Chinese made knives don't hold an edge very well. At $15 it's still a good knife and real bargain, but just don't expect the same edge-holding ability as their higher-end (~$75) S30v based products. I've linked a comparison of popular knife steels.
Yeah, $15 knives usually don't hold an edge as well as $75 knives, but it does have superior blade steel, holds an edge better than the typical 420 or 440 you'd find on most other sub-$30 knives.
