Ken Cole has a tendency to make bags thatre more form over substance. They look nice but don't seem to last long. Buyer beware. If you want one bag to last you a lifetime, look into Ono bags or mission workshop (from the guys who started chrome) for great bags that are as pretty as they are practical.
I've had this bag for about three years now and it looks even better than when I bought it. I use leather cleaner/conditioner on it once a year. It's one of my nicer bags.
Ooh, full grain leather, this stuff is so much sturdier than synthetics, bonded leather, or even top grain leather. A good sign of a buy it for life kind of product!
