I don't know about retail price of $1300, but $700 is right on the mark. I got a Kenmore 26 cu. ft. SBS with ice maker few years ago for $700 included delivery. This deal is really giving buyers $50 + $75 delivery fees.
A common mistake some make with lower grade stainless appliances is cleaning them with a vinegar based formula, then they complain about rust.
I have mixed feelings about ice makers. They usually get jammed up every so often and don't last the life of the fridge so you feel obligated to pay ~ $200 to fix it and that's if you DIY instead of bringing in a repairman... plus it takes up valuable freezer space and assuming it's a frost free freezer you may find the ice starts sticking together if not consumed at a particular rate.
The actual usable space in a side-by-side is not any greater than a top-freezer model of comparable size. Ice and water dispensers are just rife with leaks and breakages as said^.

Yeah I forgot about solenoids failing or at least seizing from mineral deposits and needing a water line and shutoff valve with its own risks of leaks.
Have this exact model from Sears ~15-months ago ~$625, been great. The stainless is doors only, the sides are painted some weird gray-green color. Didn't want an ice maker they're a huge space hog. This freezer is at least double the volume of my old top freezer. The refrigerator keeps fruits (grapes, cherries, apples) fresh for many weeks.
I got this because it still has a mechanical thermostat, I can't use digital in my solar electric house. Only problem, had to put an inline switch on the defroster, it cycled on every time the inverter turned on. I run the defroster once a week. If I forget, the cooling cycle time gets abnormally long.
