Bought one at $16 a few weeks ago. I think its well worth $10. It connects automatically, is decently loud and easy to use. I wouldn't say the sound quality is super great, but its usable, especially since I mostly use it to listen to podcasts.
I was a little wary of getting it, because I wasn't sure how much I'd use it, but I've used it plenty, and plan to keep using it. The fact that its so cheap, I think I use it more because I'm not afraid of damaging or losing it.
