I have three of these shelving units that I purchased from Home Depot when they were last on sale. Yes, regular price is $60 and $40 is a great price.

These units are easy to assemble and VERY sturdy!

This is definitely a special price. I just bought one in the store, and it was next to a smaller 4 shelf unit (with smaller shelves too), and that unit was $45. The 6 shelf unit was just under $90.
