i'm an automobile detailer. I use cleaning acid to clean wheels when detailing cars. Works the second it impacts the wheel. Get that instead.

^ If that acid eats up the brake dust like you'd need it to for instantaneous results, then it's also dissolving away the brake pads and etching the rotor surface. The former is dangerous and the latter makes for less stopping power until that is worn off. Good for you to shorten time to do the job but bad for the car.
