For those own Iphone or SS 7. F/stop on Hero 4 is 2.8 vs Iphone 7 f/1.8 and 6 is f/2,2. FPS on Iphone/SS 7 or higher have same specs, so why do one need a GoPro?
You wouldn't mount your iPhone on a drone copter. Nor use an iPhone to mount on your surfboard to capture surfing. The iPhone doesn't capture wide angle scenes so using it to capture sky-diving or cycling is useless. How did you not figure any of this out on your own?
For those new to these action cameras, you might want to look at the Silver 4. It has a touch screen to make it a bit more user friendly.
As for the first comment, this is an action camera. What you can do with a gopro is way different than what you want to use a phone camera. You want to use this camera in some semi to extreme conditions. I do not think you want to do that to your phone.
Touchscreen? That's not right. Also - why did this change from 'extremely hot' to just 'hot'? Either way.. this seems to me like a good deal. Manufacturer refurb - to me - typically means hand-assembled (vs machine built) using known working parts.. besides, it comes with the manufacturer's warranty

The sizzlemeter is an automated, realtime indication of activity rate, not assigned by a person. Any deal is going to go from hotter to cooler as it ages.
The aperture is one factor which determines camera performance but the sensor is a much bigger factor. The key word here is action camera though as in outdoor up in the sky down in the water action. And FYI, the iPhone is rated for a foot of immersion before you go scuba diving with it. Either way, this is a refurb!
