Read the bottom 'Must present a copy of this email to redeem'. This is for their fans club only. I've tried to redeem this in the past and they said they had had alot of folks trying this but it only works WITH the email, and they wouldn't redeem it. They did give me a decent discount, though. So good luck trying it, you might have success but you might not....
I've found the best way to use these coupons is as a BOGO. If you buy one, they don't seem to ask questions. If you are just using it for free food, they seem to get a bit more resistant.
They have bad attitudes when you use these coupons, will not stop by anymore.
I went there 3 times and got horrible service...
Either waitress/waiter was chatting with bartender and ignored our waving for more service - I went to the bar and got our own drinks. "Oh, I would have gotten them for you", yeah right
Another time we ordered Teriyaki wings, they brought us Lemon pepper. We pointed this out and they returned them to bring back 3 salads for 2 people. We didnt order salads. Get high much?
And the last time we went - we got our wings but most of them, the bones were broken within them.
If you think I am making this up - hit YELP and look at comments. Some are pretty funny, some are pretty gross
I remember back when I had a buy 6 get 6 free. they sent out 10. I went to the cashier and said I only got 10 was suppose to get 12. then some guy comes out yelling at me telling me it by the weight and not the count. I tell him it says count, he continues to rant on and I gave up. later the cashier came out with the other two wings. she told me he was the district manager. All time worse store, I have never set in again, will not ever again and if I see that dude again at any other store I will never come there again. worst customer service ever in the fast food industry. wouldn't go there even if it was free food
They tout themselves as this hip sports bar but from the places I've been, they're really more a mcdonalds of sports bars. Disposable everything, terrible, terrible service, ugly attitudes, and overpriced everything. A snack size of free wings couldn't get me to walk into one of their places.
