^ it's a relatively common way to represent 4 on clocks and watches. Google it, you'll find a ton of sites offering explanations. if it's good enuff for a Rolex, it's MORE than acceptable on a Fossil.
^ Of course, copying this most important aspect of a Rolex instead of something trivial, quirky, and largely disliked, devalues Rolex watches to only be worth $70 now. :P
