U can buy the Fisher refills and put them in any similar pen like a Parker Jotter.

^ Yeah you can, but I always thought they were a bit pricey for what they were... since I don't often write notes in outer space or underwater.

On earth, I find their pressurized cartridges tend to develop a little ink booger on the business end over a few months, if left sitting unused.

There are other pressurized pens besides Fisher. Even some gel pens. One has a large refill which has a transparent tube (pressurized) over the ink supply tube. I bought a Fisher once just to see if it was as great as they said. Unlike Dave_c, mine smudged and blotched quickly, so it went into the trash.
