Not, just using a huge $30 rebate to make the price feel low. I mean heck back 08/18/2015 it was $100 working a -$10 with VCO and then a $20 Rebate, now it just $90 on a bigger rebate?
Either will need the 6-Pin, while sure a OC 370 might use 30% increase in power usage from a reference GTX 750Ti, if you have a decent 400W PSU especially on with a dedicated 6-Pin you're more than good.

Here's the XFX R7 370 4Gb Double Dissipation OC $100 -AR$20 w/FS. Given the BfB this 370 offers and it has 4Gb if it's all about 1080p gaming that's what you want.
