$30 rebate on $270 on up that's reasonable but not for $100.
While $110 final is good, it's that rebate of $30, those are just to steep this late in the game. $10-15 is prudent, I don't much like $20 for this price point in this changing market. Before you receive that rebate, the $100 card market will have moved up from this level perf/$.

This has the MSI Radeon R7 370 1050Mhz against several GTX950's back September 30, 2015 and honestly AMD has kept forward momentum since Crimson.
Here's from a few day ago. This Uber GTX 950 against the MSI Gaming at the medium setting 1030MHz "Gaming mode" not the highest mode of 1050Mhz. Not exactly even-steven.
