^ It would cool any liquid cooled heat source you can find or make lines to hook up to (does not including coupling hose(s)) but looks more like a replacement oil cooler for one originally installed since it doesn't include lines or the filter adapter block.
The trick is to install it correctly. MUST use hoses rated for the big 3: temp., pressure and the specific fluid. MOST hose vendors can't be trusted to tell U the true specs. Go to the hose manufacturers site or catalog and get the correct info. before taking a chance on the wrong part. I've gotten more wrong inf than right in the past from parts counter peeps. The hoses will have a part no. printed on them that can be used for reference.
