Looks like 120 leds. This might actually produce the claimed lumens. The thing is, a halogen equivalent would usually be 500W & 8000 lumens per light head so with two, that's 4X as much light and places like sell them for less than half this price.
I see it as best used when you're power limited, working off a generator, or need to illuminate multiple areas at once, off as few extension cords as possible.
