The only one problem with tankless water heaters is that if you turn your faucet to a low flow, the heater does not detect water movement and does not heat the water.

Did not know this. My parents had a tankless heater and this wasn't noticeable during my 2 weeks stay during the move. Either I never turned the water to a low enough flow for this to happen or they have a good tank that detects low water flow.
I have this unit and it works AMAZINGLY well with no discernible increase in my electric bill. I can't recommend this enough. I have 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, washing machine, laundry, etc. Does all I need no sweat and MUCH cheaper than gas which, IMO, is a rip off compared to the cost of this unit. You will need a LOT of amps though! Make sure you know what you are doing if you install this yourself or get an electrician to run a line for this.
112.5 maximum power draw (Amps),
Too bad my plumbing is far from my electrical panel. That would cost several hundred $ to get the electricity where I would need it.
^ If you can do a modest amount plumbing you can install this, but will need a dedicated high amp circuit installed which most people would want an electrician to do. Could you DIY? Yes, anything a pro can do, can be DIY but it depends on your learning curve and technically, you probably still need it inspected and approved to be legal.
Can't comment on this particular model, however, can confirm that tankless water heaters are fantastic! Endless hot water! You can also control the temperature to prevent little kids from getting severely burned by hot water.
