I pulled up the following specs on an identical looking listing, but not Duck Commander branded:

Weighs less than 1 ounce
Top mount design does not obstruct vision
118 minute run time
10 lumens
Operates on 2 CR-2016 batteries (included)
Unless I forgot how to do math, there's a big difference between 15 hours and 118 minutes. 10 lumens seems right, which would have the LEDs at about 20mA each, so 118min seems like the more realistic runtime till it's dim.
