These things are obsolete and give you the worst cuts if you get sloppy. Definitely not for someone with acne as it will slice them open.

^ might be right about cutting acne.

i got this last month - you definitely have to shave more slowly and carefuly, but it is the closest shave i've ever had.

as for the acne, try tea tree oil.

seems like a solid unit. Got this for my son for christmas. I've been a DE shaver for 8 years now. Its cheaper and just as good as crazy multi blade setups. It just grows back anyway. :p

They are not obsolete, since they're still made and used. You may find that a cartridge or electric shaver works best for you, but for many people the old DE razor is still a far better shave.
