Take a look at ALL of Toys R Us's Disney Infinity stuff. Play sets are as low as $7.49 (Finding Dory) with most of the play sets at $8.75! It looks like all single characters are $3.99 each.
The discount is related to the discontinuation of the Infinity line. Disney will be shutting down servers for the console versions March 3, 2017. From what I've read, the games will still have at least some playability afterward.
